Bev Flies to UK this month

Controversial raunchy dancer Beverly “Bev” Sibanda is flying to the United Kingdom for her first of firsts with theee musicians(see poster).
Bev is on her way for her United Kingdom shows slated for Leeds and Dunstable this month, ZimEye.com can reveal.
She received her UK work permit early last week and will be sneaking into the UK in a few days time.
The dancer who has returned to the stage after a ‘repentance’ stint with Prophet Magaya’s Prophetic Healing and Deliverance ministries, is on demand as promoters worldwide jostle to sign her for shows.
Her manager Hapaz Mapimhidze confirmed the latest development.
Show promotion team member Tau Cheteni told ZimEye.com, “this will be an opportunity for Zimbabweans in the United Kingdom to get their first encounter with Bev. We are looking forward to the shows at the West Indian Centre in Leeds and in Dunstable,” he said.
One of the Directors Sonny Chibuwe, said “While we can understand peoples misgivings about Bev it is important to note that Bev is a professional artist just like Beyonce, who similarly dances in knickers but people rarely critisise her. From a business perspective there are people who are willing to pay and watch Bev in action.
And to us as long as Bev does what she does within the confinements of adult entertainment venues where people choose to pay to see her act, then there is nothing wrong with that. She is just doing her job like you and me. Bev can not be ignored in as far as Zim entertainment industry is concerned. It is also important to share with you that Bev’s dance routines are regulated by the Dancing Associated of Zimbabwe.
The problem is us adults who take her acts meant for private functions or adult events and place them in the mainstream media where other people with strong Christian and Moral values are likely to criticise her and attack her acts. But even then there is no artist who is willing to gain support from all people. Bev knows too well the criticism that comes with her job but as a mother and someone at work she knows how to keep her head up and do her job in a professional way.
As we speak the majority of clubs in Zimbabwe now have a pole or two. This is due to the Bevmania that has gripped the country. Let us embrace her rather yhan attack her. After all at the end of the day what she does is all play acting or role playing and should not be construed to be a reflection of who she is as a person. Its more like saying a movie character who kills people does the same thing in a real life. People should come and witness other artist on the lineup such as Seh Calaz, Ricky Fire Terminator and Ptk who have all promised to give a well polished performances. We urge people to come in numbers and witness one of the best organised event of the year”
